Viktor Perley

Born in 1956 in Ukraine.

Grew up and studied in the city of Poltava, where in 1974 he graduated from high school and college in 1979.

From 1979 to 1998 he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation. The colonel, a veteran of the Armed Forces.

At present - Deputy General Director of JSC "Mosstroyrestavratsiya."

Has the State Ministry of Construction of Russia qualified certificate for professional activity in the field of construction. He was awarded a diploma of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Belarus for his great contribution to the reconstruction of the pavilion of the Republic of Belarus in the VVC (Exhibition) in Moscow.

State awards, including the Medal "For 10 years of faithful service in the armed forces of the USSR" and "Excellence in Military Service."

Since 2006, member of the Board of Poltava national groups in the city of Moscow. He is married and has three children.
